Booking Policy – Please Read Before Booking
Hi, my name is Bre! I’m a licensed Nail Technician located in Waukegan, IL. I’m excited to service you and create a beautiful nail experience for you!
My policies are in place to ensure the best experience for all clients, including fairness, quality service, and respect for everyone’s time. Thank you for understanding and supporting my business 💕

Deposits
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your total service cost.
Please be sure to select the correct service and date when booking.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
However, your deposit may be transferred one time within the same month, subject to availability.
Late Policy
You have a 15-minute grace period.
At 20 minutes late, only a solid color service can be provided.
After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please be mindful of your appointment time so I can give every client the best service possible.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
No call / no show will result in a ban from future bookings
3 consecutive cancellations will also result in a booking ban
Rescheduling is always subject to availability.
Guests
To maintain a calm and professional environment, no extra guests are allowed.
Minors under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Booking Accuracy
Please add all services and add-ons when booking.
Add-ons will not be accepted during the appointment.

Soak-Offs & Previous Work
I do not work over another technician’s work.
If you need a soak-off, please be sure to add it to your service when booking.
Nail Health
If your nails are in a condition that cannot be safely serviced, I will let you know and we can discuss the next steps.
Your nail health and safety always come first 💖
