Hi, my name is Bre! I’m a licensed Nail Technician located at Best Nails nail salon in Waukegan, IL. I’m excited to service you and create a beautiful nail experience for you!

My policies are in place to ensure the best experience for all clients, including fairness, quality service, and respect for everyone’s time. Thank you for understanding and support! 💕

Late Policy

You have a 15-minute grace period.

After 15 minutes the appointment is canceled as I also accommodate walk-ins as well. My appointments are my top priority, however after the once the grace period has passed I will need to take the next available client. Thank you for understanding!

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

• No call / no show will result in a ban from future bookings

• 3 consecutive cancellations will also result in a booking ban

Rescheduling is always subject to availability and can be done via my website.

Booking Accuracy

Please add all services and add-ons when booking.
Add-ons will not be accepted during the appointment.

Nail Health

If your nails are in a condition that cannot be safely serviced, I will let you know and we can discuss the next steps.
